Appointment of Mohamed Abdennabaoui for a Second Term at the Head of the Court of Cassation

King Mohammed VI received the members whom the king appointed to the Supreme Judicial Council on Thursday, June 4, at the royal palace in Rabat, including Mohammed Abdennabaoui. This was in accordance with the provisions of the constitution and the organizational law related to the council.

This concerns Mohammed Abdennabaoui, whom the king appointed for a second term as the first president of the Court of Cassation, and in this capacity, he serves as the delegated president of the Supreme Judicial Council. Also present were Mrs. Latifa Lharadji and Mr. Nadir Moumni, the new members of the council.

The king also appointed Farid El Bashah and renewed the appointment of both Mohammed Zouak and Mohammed Al Nasser for a second term among the individuals that the constitution allows the king to appoint to the Supreme Judicial Council.

During this reception, the two new council members took the oath before the king.
