An Outstanding Student Receives 50,000 Dirhams as a Scholarship During the National Security Ceremony in Tangier

The National Security organized in Tangier, in collaboration with the Mohammed VI Foundation for Social Works, a distinguished ceremony, attended by retired national security members and the children and orphans of the police family who excelled academically.

The annual ceremony honored the children and orphans of the national security family who achieved outstanding academic success, with the highest grades in the baccalaureate exams for the academic year 2024/2025, during which the excelling students were awarded financial grants and encouraging certificates to continue their university education.

During the ceremony, one of the top achievers received a university scholarship worth fifty thousand dirhams, granted in five installments of ten thousand dirhams each year, extending over five years throughout the period of higher academic education. This is a financial incentive and support allocated by the General Directorate of National Security to encourage the children of its employees to complete their higher educational journey.

In addition to celebrating the academic achievers, the ceremony also honored a female employee from the Tangier Security Directorate after she won top positions in the Arab Cross Country Championship held in Iraq. She was presented with a certificate of appreciation and a medal as encouragement.

The ceremony also featured the honoring of retired national security members who had previously worked in the Tangier Security Directorate and who are over 80 years old, where they were received and given certificates of appreciation.

Moreover, the Security Director, accompanied by heads of security departments, made home visits to those who were unable to attend.
