Sports Facilities Company in the Cities Hosting the African Cup
In the city of Casablanca, the new company for sports facilities has been commissioned, while in the city of Fez, the establishment of the company has been approved, and it is expected that the same will happen in other cities, including Tangier.
These companies will be responsible for strengthening infrastructure, particularly sports infrastructure, within the context of Morocco hosting global events by the year 2030.
The companies will become the main authority for managing and rehabilitating sports infrastructure, and like in other cities that will take charge of managing, operating, maintaining, and developing large stadiums, the company will be responsible for the same at the Tangier Stadium, along with all sports infrastructure related to organizing the 2030 World Cup, in addition to what the Morocco 2030 Committee may program, and will also be tasked with implementing renovation and modernization programs according to standards of quality, safety, and sustainability across various sports facilities.
The company will also be entrusted with developing complementary economic activities, including digital access tickets, advertising space exploitation, organizing sports activities, and renting spaces for cultural and commercial actors.
