Police forensic teams were deployed to a residence in the Al-Kharba neighborhood of Tangier to investigate a theft involving millions of dirhams, following a complaint from an elderly woman.
Initial reports indicate that the suspect is a woman wearing a niqab. The victim, identified as “Hajja,” stated that she received the suspect at her home on the evening of Saturday, November 1, for a traditional healing session.
The suspect requested a “massage,” believing in the efficacy of the victim’s “blessed hand.” However, while the victim was occupied after a meal, the niqab-wearing “patient” took advantage and allegedly stole funds estimated at around 110,000 dirhams.
