The primary criminal court discussed the case of 11 young individuals accused of violence and vandalism that occurred in the city of Ksar al-Kabir on October 1, following a Generation Z demonstration.
Like the defendants from Larache, the individuals denied their involvement in the acts of violence, with the majority stating they were arrested after leaving a café where they watched a Barcelona football match.
The defendants’ counsel emphasized the lack of clear evidence linking them to the allegations. One lawyer pointed out that two of the defendants are candidates for the police entrance exam.
The young men, Othman and Ashraf, have certificates of good conduct, and their desire to join the police contradicts the accusations of disorder and violence against them.
