The General Directorate of Meteorology has issued an orange-level warning regarding a severe heatwave expected to impact numerous provinces. Here are the details by region:

Regions with Temperatures Between 43 and 46 Degrees: From Monday to Friday, provinces including Taroudant, Tata, Zagora, Assa-Zag, Smara, Boujdour, Oued Eddahab, and Oussard will experience maximum temperatures reaching up to 46 degrees Celsius. These areas, primarily in the south and southeast, will be the hardest hit due to hot eastern winds.

Regions with Temperatures Between 41 and 44 Degrees: On Monday and Tuesday, provinces such as Sidi Qassir, Sidi Slimane, Larache, Kenitra, Zawiya, Khmisat, Salé, Temara-Skhirat, Mediouna, Nouacer, Berrechid, Settat, Ben Slimane, Khouribga, Meknes, Fez, Moulay Yacoub, Taounate, Beni Mellal, Azilal, Fqih Ben Salah, Kelaa des Sraghna, Rahamna, Marrakesh, Sidi Benour, Guelmim, and Youssoufia will see temperatures ranging from 41 to 44 degrees. Some of these regions, such as Sidi Qassir and Marrakesh, will continue to experience these temperatures on Wednesday.
- Regions with Temperatures Between 33 and 38 Degrees: On Monday, the provinces of Rabat, Mohammedia, Casablanca, El Jadida, Essaouira, Safi, El Hajeb, Sefrou, Khenifra, Al Haouz, Inzegane-Ait Melloul, Chichaoua, Agadir-Ida Ou Tanane, Tiznit, Sidi Ifni, and within the Tangier-Assilah area will have temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Celsius.
