New Security Appointments to Positions of Responsibility in 4 Cities

The General Directorate of National Security announced on Friday, May 29, a series of new security appointments in positions of responsibility within the decentralized police services in the cities of Taza, Jerada, Casablanca, and Berrechid.

These new appointments, approved by the Director General of National Security Abdelatif Hammouchi, included nine new positions of responsibility, among them the appointment of a police district head in Berrechid, a head of the traffic unit in Jerada, and a head of the provincial traffic group in Casablanca.

This new appointment also involved an internal exchange movement that included the deputies of the heads of the security areas of Ben M’sik and Al Rahma in the city of Casablanca, as well as the heads of the public information units in Ben M’sik and Médiouna in the same city, along with the heads of two police districts in the city of Taza.

This new movement falls within the framework of a continuous work dynamic aimed at enhancing the efficiency and productivity of police human resources. This is achieved by allowing for rotation in positions of responsibility and assigning the operational management of police facilities to highly trained and qualified security competencies capable of implementing action plans aimed at enhancing citizen safety and ensuring the protection of their property.
