Hossam Hassan, the coach of the Egyptian national team, provided a different account of the statements made during their last days in Morocco, following the elimination against Senegal.
Hossam Hassan said that they were happy in Morocco, and that the country’s infrastructure resembles Europe, and that the delegation was secured and the accommodation was excellent.
Hassan considered that Morocco is a “civilized country like Egypt” and that he was happy despite the annoyance from the support of some other teams against the Pharaohs, or the incident of traveling before the match against Senegal from Tangier to Agadir, in addition to the issue of refereeing.
