The General Directorate of Taxes has informed taxpayers regarding housing tax and community service tax that January 31, 2026, is the final deadline for submitting declarations related to changes in their properties during the year 2025.
A statement from the Directorate clarified today, Wednesday, that “property owners or beneficiaries must submit a declaration for each property separately to the administration to which this property belongs, within a maximum period of January 31 of the year following the completion of construction of a new property or additions, or a change in property ownership, or a change in the designated purpose (residential or professional use, etc.).”
The same source added that the declaration form for the completion of construction of a new property or additions, or for the change of property ownership or purpose can be downloaded using the form (ADP060) from the General Directorate of Taxes website www.tax.gov.ma.
