His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist him, sent a congratulatory message to the members of the national football team on the occasion of reaching the final match of the Africa Cup of Nations (Morocco 2025).
The message from His Majesty the King stated, “It pleases us, on the occasion of your reaching the final match of the Africa Cup of Nations for football (Morocco 2025), to send to you, players, coaches, technical, medical, and administrative staff, and officials of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, our warmest congratulations on this honorable continental achievement.”
His Majesty the King continued, “You have proven through this distinguished journey that perseverance, seriousness, and team spirit are the way to achieve accomplishments, and you have presented the world with a model of what Moroccan and African youth can achieve when armed with confidence in their talents and abilities.”
The message also included, “You have demonstrated, through your composure and honorable heroic performance, the importance of our strategic vision in investing in human resources and modernizing the infrastructure of the Kingdom, which has shown its resilience and global readiness in anticipation of hosting the World Cup competitions in 2030.”
His Majesty the King said, “As much as we consider our country’s hosting of this distinguished tournament, with the quality of organization and warm hospitality that reflect the values of our Moroccan nation and its deep-rooted traditions, to be a significant sporting achievement, we also regard it as a message of hope and confidence from Morocco to its continent, confirming that African brilliance is capable of excellence and creativity in all fields.”
His Majesty concluded in this message, “While we appreciate, with great regard, the passionate Moroccan fans who supported the national team throughout this tournament, with enthusiasm and great trust in all its components, we urge you to continue your efforts to achieve more accomplishments and honor Moroccan football in various international football arenas, blessed with our abundant kindness and high satisfaction.”
