Walid Regragui, the coach of the Moroccan national football team, urged against negative thinking and advocated for a positive mindset to attract positive energy, embodying the idea of the “law of attraction.”
Regragui’s statements came during a press conference on Friday, November 7, where he remarked that thinking about and discussing illness can attract it. He emphasized this while discussing how the Moroccan team could win and claim the Africa Cup of Nations title.
He admitted that his comment about intention was a mistake, as some used it to criticize him, suggesting he relies solely on intention without knowledge. However, the coach reinforced his belief in these concepts, stating that intention and positive thinking bring luck and victory while warding off illness, asserting, “If you say you will get sick, you will get sick.”
