Residents of Haroun Al-Rashid Street in the city of Tangier woke up on Thursday, October 9, to the sound of explosions after a fire broke out in a vehicle used for consuming “bofa.”
Eyewitnesses from the neighborhood reported that the car had been abandoned in the area, turning it into a favored spot for individuals seeking to use illegal substances, particularly bofa.
