Videos have surfaced showing an individual creating chaos at the Azib El Hajj Kadour roundabout on the Rabat road in Tangier by tampering with traffic lights.
The person, believed to be homeless, intentionally manipulated the traffic control device, resulting in potentially dangerous situations.
