The residents of the city of Ksar al-Kabir woke up to the invasion of rainwater across vast areas of the city, which is the most affected by the Christian storm that has been impacting northern Morocco since January 28.
Footage showed high levels of water accumulation in many neighborhoods, estimated to be 17, alongside the areas surrounding the city.
These conditions prompted the regional multi-service company to cut off electricity to protect residents and facilities, confirming that the measure is temporary until conditions improve.
