Trump Accuses Hamas of Rejecting Peace Agreement
Former U.S. President Donald Trump stated on Friday that Hamas has no interest in reaching a ceasefire agreement amid stalled negotiations in Gaza, claiming that the group desires destruction.
Speaking to reporters before departing for Scotland, Trump said, “Hamas has not truly wanted to make a deal. I believe they want to die. This is extremely dangerous.”
He added, “We are now at the end of the hostages, and they know what will happen after the last hostage is recovered. That is precisely why they did not want to reach any agreement.”
