The CDG Deposit and Management Fund warns of suspicious operations.

The Deposit and Management Fund called on its clients and the general public to exercise utmost vigilance and caution, and not to consider information and documents issued by unofficial sources outside its interests and authorized channels.

A statement from the fund, released today, Wednesday, clarified that its departments “received documents and account statements of a suspicious nature, related to fictitious deposit and insurance operations, suspected to be for fraudulent and illegal purposes concerning individuals claiming to possess significant amounts of money deposited in their name or on behalf of others, with the Deposit and Management Fund.”

The Deposit and Management Fund affirmed that its departments remain available to anyone concerned to respond to any requests submitted in accordance with the applicable procedures.

It added that “all citizens wishing to obtain more information about the services and organization of the Deposit and Management Fund are invited to visit its website www.cdg.ma or to communicate directly with the relevant departments via email [email protected].”

They may also head to the main headquarters of the institution located at Moulay Hassan Square in Rabat, or to the Savings and Reserves Sector Office affiliated with the Deposit and Management Fund, located on Nakhil Street, Hay Riyadh, in Rabat, and the agencies located in the following cities: Rabat, Casablanca, Fes, Tangier, Marrakech, Agadir, Laayoune, and Jerada.
