Interior Minister Abdel Wahid Lfti stated that individuals who are not registered on the electoral rolls or who have been removed from them will be able to register again during the period from January 18 to January 24.
The minister clarified that it is possible to verify registration on the rolls via the number “2727,” emphasizing that anyone who has changed their place of residence will be removed, which requires re-registration since the registration process is primarily linked to the place of residence.
According to the minister, Moroccans who are in Morocco have their registration in the rolls linked to their place of residence and not to the “national ID card.”
