Cameroun removes South Africa and faces Morocco in the quarter-finals

The Cameroon national team surpassed their South African counterpart with a score of two to one, in the match that brought them together this evening, Sunday, at the city stadium in Rabat, for the knockout stage of the Africa Cup of Nations, hosted by Morocco, thus setting a date with the Moroccan national team in the quarter-finals.

The goals for the “Indomitable Lions” were scored by Junior Tchamadeu in the 34th minute, before Christian Kouakou added the second goal at the beginning of the second half in the 47th minute.

In the 88th minute of the second half of the match, the striker Evidence Makgopa reduced the gap for the South African national team.
