Lawyer Bouchaïb Soufi considered the ruling a “good tidings” and stated that they worked on this case in secrecy, and that the judiciary responded to their demands as representatives of the civil parties, particularly regarding the closure of Adam Benchakroun’s electronic platforms and preventing him from engaging in any related activities for 10 years.
Soufi emphasized that in terms of compensations, they only requested “a symbolic dirham,” which came in response to their opponents who accuse them of seeking only financial compensation through this type of cases.
