Fathima Zahra Naïmi, a community activist, stated that the Al-Hoceima region is rich with diverse resources. However, its residents remain in a dire situation and require improvements to enhance their living conditions.
These remarks were made during a meeting focused on the new generation of integrated territorial development programs in the Al-Hoceima region, chaired by the new governor at the district headquarters in Tangier on Monday, November 10.
The Al-Hoceima meeting is part of a broader initiative to launch extensive consultations across the 75 provinces of the kingdom, aimed at designing and preparing the new generation of integrated territorial development programs. This initiative was previously announced by the Director General of Local Authorities at the Ministry of Interior, Wali Jaloul Smasm.
