Scandal.. A Moroccan Consul Provides Assistance to Al-Mahdi Hijjawi in the Latest Leak

The “Atlas Hacks” group presented, on July 1st, the seventh episode of audio and text conversations between Moroccan TikToker Hicham Girando and former external intelligence employee Mehdi Hijawi, in which Girando admits to being severely affected by legal cases filed against him in Canada by several individuals accusing him of extortion and defamation.

In the leak, Girando speaks in clear Moroccan dialect, saying: “They made me spend a lot,” confirming that the costs of lawyers and pursuing legal files have become very burdensome. He added that these exorbitant expenses have pushed him to quickly delete the videos he had previously posted, fearing the daily fines imposed by Canadian courts for each day of delay in removing content in violation of judicial rulings.

During his conversation with Mehdi Hijawi, Girando expressed his strong protest over the delay in receiving financial assistance, considering that this delay exacerbates his financial and legal hardships.

The trio accused of leading the campaign of defamation and extortion

The leaked WhatsApp conversations show that the trio leading the campaign of defamation and extortion, according to the leak, consists of:

  • Dr. Mostafa Aziz
  • Mehdi Hijawi (former external intelligence employee)
  • Hicham Girando (the TikToker)

Consul Souria Al-Jabri

One of the most notable revelations from the leak is the involvement of the Consul General in Montreal, Souria Al-Jabri, in assisting Mehdi Hijawi, as Hijawi speaks about contacting her through her relative, Said Al-Jabri.

According to the leaks, Hijawi approached Souria regarding her intervention to grant a person named “Badr” a scholarship based on a direct request from Hicham Girando.

Hijawi spoke confidently about intervening in the “ministry” to obtain approval for “Badr’s” scholarship.

Dispute between Hijawi and Girando

In another part of the previous leaks, Mehdi Hijawi accused Hicham Girando of “destroying everything” and bringing matters back to “square one,” after Girando posted content that contradicted what had been previously agreed upon. Hijawi demanded that Girando stop publishing immediately and not mention his name or refer to him.
