The police elements in the Marrakech Security Prefecture were able, on Friday, January 30, to arrest two individuals aged 22 and 23. This was due to suspicion of their involvement in a theft case using a motor vehicle.
The suspects had committed the theft of a handbag from a woman in a public street, using snatching and a motorcycle. These criminal acts were the subject of a video published on social media. This was before the research and investigations conducted led to identifying them and their arrest.
The suspects were subjected to judicial inquiry under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor, to uncover the circumstances and details of this case. As well as to determine all the criminal acts attributed to the individuals concerned.
