The late artist left a distinguished artistic career, having begun her acting journey in the 1970s with the series “Mouths and Rabbits,” followed by theater with the play “Awlad Ala Bamba” in 1976. She also participated in the film “Hesab Ya Mademoiselle” in the same year, and her works in cinema, television, and theater continued thereafter.
The Egyptian Minister of Culture, Ahmed Fouad Hennu, mourned the late Samia El-Alfi, affirming that she was one of the artists who had a distinguished artistic journey. Her diverse works contributed to enriching the Egyptian artistic scene, and she successfully left a special mark on the audience through the various roles she presented.
Her artistic record includes participation in a number of cinematic films, particularly “Halal and Haram,” “Wakalat Al-Balah,” and “When Men Cry,” alongside her participation in distinguished television series such as “Al-Rayah Al-Baydah,” “Bab Al-Hawlani,” and “Layali Al-Hilmiya.”
