The Generation Z group considers the decision to increase the budgets for health and education to 140 billion dirhams as a response to their demands, while also celebrating the national team’s victory in the Under-20 World Cup.
Following the cabinet meeting chaired by King Mohammed VI, the group stated that positive engagement with public sentiment is the first step toward rebuilding lost trust. They expressed gratitude to the Moroccan people for protesting, noting that the pressure led to the budget increase for health and education.
The group stated it will continue to monitor the situation positively, maintaining vigilance to ensure the issues in these sectors are addressed.
In response to Morocco’s Under-20 World Cup victory, the group emphasized that the achievement demonstrates how youth can excel when given opportunities. They remarked that these young individuals are not a burden on the state; rather, their potential is wasted when their ambitions are met with constraints instead of encouragement. They called for dreams to be treated as national projects.
