Naima Ibn Yahya denies from Tangier the targeting of Moroccan men by a women’s campaign.

The Minister of Solidarity and Family, Naima Ibn Yahya, denied that Moroccan men are being targeted by a women’s campaign, through the exploitation of the “national campaign to stop violence against women.”

From Tangier, the minister stated that this initiative is not a campaign of women against men, but rather a campaign of women and men against behaviors that cannot be accepted or justified, emphasizing in this context the involvement of all stakeholders in the workshop to promote women’s rights in general, and in combating violence and discrimination that they face.

The minister mentioned that this campaign was organized in implementation of the directives of King Mohammed VI aimed at enhancing women’s rights, highlighting in this context the significant progress Morocco has made in the field of promoting these rights.
