The page, “Women’s Football News in the North,” shared a video in which a woman claims that a camera is installed in the changing room of a Tangier stadium, although the specific location was not disclosed. According to the source, there is an audio recording of a stadium official admitting to activating the camera, which has sparked widespread outrage over the blatant violation of players’ privacy, particularly concerning minors aged between 14 and 17.
The source reported that the official justified the presence of the camera as a measure to prevent theft of players’ belongings and stated that the footage would be deleted. However, this justification has been met with strong condemnation; capturing players in private moments cannot be justified under any pretext.
The National Organization for Human Rights and Anti-Corruption characterized the incident as a serious violation of human dignity, asserting that filming girls in a changing room contravenes Moroccan law, including Article 24 of the constitution and Article 447 of the Penal Code, which prohibits filming without consent.
