The “Atlas Hax” group published the third episode of the unprecedented leak series, which reveals new details about the plans of former employee Mahmoud Hijaoui, who has been isolated from the foreign intelligence agency (General Directorate of Studies and Documentation).
In the new leak, Hijaoui is seen instructing TikToker Hicham Girando with specific information and guidelines aimed at targeting Mr. Yassine Mansouri, the Director of the Foreign Intelligence Agency, along with several senior officials of the agency.
According to the content of the leak, Hijaoui advised Girando to focus on mocking the agency, pointing out that many of its officials are over 75 years old, and that Mr. Mansouri’s private secretary is 85 years old. It seems that the purpose of this prepared segment is to insult the agency and attempt to blackmail its officials through content published on social media platforms.
After finishing this part related to the agency, Hijaoui moved to target a contractor named Haji in the city of Taza in the second part of the conversation. Hijaoui claimed that this contractor transfers his money from Morocco to Canada.
In this context, Girando suggested reporting him to the Canadian authorities so that they intervene and monitor him, without specifying the reason for targeting him or the desire for revenge.
Resorting to Defamation Due to Inability to Confront
This third episode comes as a continuation of previous leaks, which first revealed the secret communication between Mahmoud Hijaoui and Hicham Girando since the beginning of 2024.
In the first leaks, Hijaoui showed a cautious stance, admitting his inability to act immediately due to “not having the tools,” and asking Girando not to publish anything related to him without prior coordination, waiting for “the right moment,” which he described as “THE MOMENT,” while indicating that the delay is related to international circumstances.
As for Girando, he appeared in those leaks as an enthusiastic “student” who begins defending Hijaoui.
Other previous leaks also revealed discussions between the two regarding other individuals, including “Messi of Hashish” in the context of targeting lawyer Al-Mutairi.
