Based on accurate information provided by the Directorate General for Territorial Surveillance, elements of the National Judicial Police Brigade managed on Friday, June 5, to thwart an attempt at international drug smuggling and seize approximately 3 tons of hashish.
This security operation was executed on the outskirts of the city of Ben Slimane, resulting in the seizure of a utility vehicle loaded with hashish following a security pursuit. This occurred after its driver took the opposite direction on the highway and abandoned it near Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca.
