BLS International, the official operator of visa application centers for Spain and Portugal in Morocco, announced a strategic partnership with Sypha AI to develop its digital infrastructure using artificial intelligence. The aim is to facilitate and expedite the visa processes for citizens and travelers.
The reliance on intelligent systems will reduce the time required to process applications and the duration of visa processing.
The new systems will also allow for better tracking of applications and provide accurate information to users, which will improve the transparency of the company’s operations.
Additionally, the new technology is expected to help prevent any illegal attempts to secure appointments or submit fraudulent applications, leading to enhanced security and fraud detection.
In a press statement, the co-general manager of BLS International said, “Artificial intelligence will radically change the way visa services are provided. From intelligent automation to offering a more personalized experience for citizens, our goal is to speed up services and make them safer and more transparent.”
For his part, the CEO of Sypha AI confirmed that the partnership aims to build smart digital solutions on a global scale, including improving the experience of Moroccan citizens when submitting their applications.
This partnership comes at a time when visa centers in Morocco are under increasing pressure due to a high volume of applications, especially from those wishing to travel to Europe.
