WHO Chief Confirms Lab Leak Hypothesis Still Considered in COVID-19 Origins
The Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO), Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, stated on Friday that the hypothesis of a lab leak as the origin of COVID-19 cannot be ruled out. This remark coincided with the release of a report by a panel of experts investigating the origins of the pandemic since 2021.
