Details of the Baccalaureate Results in Tangier-Assila: Lahlou and Al-Ashiq in the Lead

The regional directorate of the Ministry of National Education, Preschool Education, and Sports in Tangier-Assila announced that the number of successful candidates in the regular session of the baccalaureate exams reached 8,113 students, out of 15,986 candidates who took the national exam, with a pass rate of 50.75%.

Among the successful candidates, there were 5,048 females, with a pass rate of 76.54%.

The student Aicha Al-Ashaq, from Moulay Rashid High School in Tangier (Physics Sciences track – French option), achieved the highest score in the national exam in the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region with a score of 19.53/20.

The student Akram Lahlo, from Abi Al-Abbas Al-Sabti High School (Mathematical Sciences A track – French option), also obtained the highest score in the regional directorate with a score of 19.06/20.

As for the student Omar Al-Tariq, from Ibn Thabit Private High School (Physics Sciences track – French option), he achieved the highest score in the category of students with disabilities with a score of 17.73/20.

Regarding independent candidates, the pass rate was 43.35%, with 785 candidates succeeding, including 480 females with a pass rate of 45.67%. Additionally, 23 prisoners were awarded the baccalaureate certificate with a pass rate of 62.16%.

According to the same data, Ibn Battuta High School achieved the highest distinction rate (the distinctions “Good” and “Very Good”) among public education institutions among the successful candidates, with a rate of 48.17%.

It is expected that 7,073 students and 1,100 independent candidates will take the remedial session scheduled for July 2, 3, and 4, 2026.
