The national coach Walid Regragui has called up 27 players to participate in friendly matches against Mozambique and Uganda, scheduled for November 14 and 18, respectively, at the Grande Stade de Tanger, starting at 8 PM.
The player list was announced during a press conference held by the national coach at the Mohammed VI Football Complex in Salé.
These friendly matches are part of the national team’s preparations for the Africa Cup of Nations, which will take place in Morocco from December 21 to January 18.
Notable inclusions in the squad are defender Romain Saïss and forwards Sofiane Rahimi and Sofiane Diop, alongside the first-time call-up of left-back Anas Salah Eddine from PSV Eindhoven. However, star player Achraf Hakimi is absent due to injury.
