Akhannouch was ranked first in Morocco, 14th in Africa, and 1851st globally in 2024, with a net worth estimated at $1.6 billion. However, he has now dropped to third place in Morocco, 16th in Africa, and 2233rd globally, with a wealth estimated at $1.5 billion (currently $1.6 billion).
According to the ranking released by Forbes, Othmane Benjelloun, CEO of the Moroccan Bank for Foreign Trade, is now the richest man in Morocco, with a net worth of $1.6 billion (currently 2 billion dirhams).
Anas Sefrioui and his family are ranked second in Morocco with a wealth estimated at $1.6 billion (currently $1.7 billion).
