The king, Mohammed VI, received today, Monday, at the royal palace in Rabat, the Moroccan climber Nawal Safnada, who recently succeeded in climbing the summits of Everest and Lhotse, simultaneously.
During this reception, the king awarded Nawal Safnada the National Merit Medal of Officer class.
The king had sent a congratulatory message to the Moroccan climber following her global achievement, which is the result of her continuous efforts and determination.
