The judicial police in the city of Tangier arrested a 33-year-old individual at around one o’clock on the morning of Friday, February 13, suspected of being involved in committing an intentional murder inside Mohammed V Hospital.
The perpetrator of this crime is the father of a ten-year-old girl who had been involved in a traffic accident with injuries caused by a truck driver from one of the companies. When she was taken to the hospital for treatment, her father arrived and severely assaulted the company supervisor who was present, believing that he was the driver.
The investigations and inquiries carried out led to the arrest of the father involved in committing this crime, while the victim of this assault died from his injuries in the hospital.
The perpetrator of this crime has been placed under judicial custody based on the judicial investigation ordered by the competent public prosecution, to uncover all the circumstances, details, and backgrounds of this case.
In parallel, the traffic accident department completed the procedural and legal measures related to the traffic incident involving the daughter of the suspect, where the truck driver was subjected to a judicial investigation in accordance with the instructions of the competent public prosecution.
