While many believe that drinking a cup of coffee is the key to morning energy, a recent study revealed that successful Americans find their productivity secret in morning sex, before drinking their coffee.
The study published by “ZipHealth” included 1,000 full-time American employees. It showed that those who had morning sex before heading to work reported the highest levels of productivity, focus, and motivation throughout the day.
Statistics indicated that 71% noticed a significant improvement in their daily productivity. Meanwhile, 70% completed their tasks more efficiently. Additionally, 58% felt a greater sense of focus. Furthermore, 57% increased their work motivation.
It was not just performance that benefited these individuals. About 30% of participants indicated that their good sex life positively affected their income and promotion opportunities. Meanwhile, 51% received a salary increase.
Where is the secret?
Experts explain this by the chemical releases the brain emits during intercourse, such as dopamine and oxytocin. These enhance mood, self-confidence, and reduce stress.
Sexual relationship specialist Sophie Ross states that “morning sex is a natural stimulant for the body and mind. It provides a sense of energy, focus, and vitality throughout the day.”
The study also revealed that the millennial generation and Generation Z engage in morning sex less frequently compared to older generations, which may partially explain their feelings of professional dissatisfaction.
Even if implementing this routine is challenging in some communities, the scientific idea remains clear: intimate moments in the morning may improve productivity, mood, self-confidence, and emotional stability.
