Announcement of Flights to Transport Moroccan Fans to Chile for World Cup Final Support

Royal Air Maroc (RAM) has announced the scheduling of two special flights to transport Moroccan fans to Santiago, Chile, following the national team’s historic qualification for the FIFA U-20 World Cup final.

In a statement, the national carrier confirmed that to support the Atlas Cubs in this critical match, scheduled for Sunday, October 19, it will deploy two Boeing 787 aircraft with a total capacity of 600 seats to ensure direct transport of fans between Casablanca and Santiago.

The price for the round-trip journey is set at 10,000 dirhams in economy class, non-refundable and non-changeable. Additionally, fans purchasing tickets will receive free entrance tickets to the stadium upon arrival to attend this historic final.

For citizens exempt from visa requirements or those already in possession of a valid visa for Chile, tickets can be purchased directly at any RAM agency.

Those needing a visa must fill out an electronic form via the link (https://tramites.minrel.gov.cl) and then visit a RAM agency to finalize booking procedures and complete a form sent to authorities to expedite the visa process. After receiving the visa via email, they can return to the agency to collect their tickets.

The statement noted that RAM agencies will be open today, Friday, until 10:00 PM, and tomorrow, Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

The schedule for the special flights (local time) is as follows:

Departure – October 19:

  • Flight 1: Departing from Casablanca at 02:30, arriving in Santiago at 10:30.
  • Flight 2: Departing from Casablanca at 03:30, arriving in Santiago at 12:00.

Return – October 20:

  • Flight 1: Departing from Santiago at 03:00, arriving in Casablanca at 19:10.
  • Flight 2: Departing from Santiago at 04:30, arriving in Casablanca at 20:40.
