Mass Transfer of Over 4,300 Security Personnel in Morocco

The General Directorate for National Security has conducted a significant transfer movement this year, involving 4,381 employees from various ranks and security regions.

On Wednesday, August 6, the Directorate announced details regarding the “annual list” of police employees whose transfer requests were approved as part of the annual transfer initiative between different departments and cities.

A total of 2,559 employees from various ranks, working in security provinces, police districts, and central departments of the General Directorate for National Security, benefited from this transfer movement.

Requests were processed based on legal and regulatory criteria, including seniority, timely application submission, family reunification, and health and social considerations. This annual transfer movement, conducted during the summer, is part of a broader system for reallocating human resources to align with the needs of security services and employees’ aspirations.

### Family Reunification

This year, a total of 4,381 employees participated in this process, with special attention given to social and health cases, particularly concerning family reunification requirements.

In this context, urgent processing was provided for 328 employees to meet their immediate needs, while 1,494 employees benefited from an employee exchange mechanism designed to balance work demands with personal circumstances.
