The elements of the national judicial police, in light of precise information provided by the departments of the General Directorate for National Territorial Surveillance, managed to apprehend the main suspect in the case of instigating a minor child to consume a substance suspected of being intoxicating, which was the subject of a video that was widely circulated on social media today, Friday, May 29.
The national security services have reacted with great seriousness to the video recording that showed two individuals inciting a minor child to consume a substance suspected of being an alcoholic beverage, where their identities were determined and one of them was arrested during a security operation carried out in the “Khasasima Malin el-Wad” area near the city of Benslimane, in coordination with the local specialized royal gendarmerie elements.
The preliminary investigations also showed that the suspects are brothers and that the minor victim of this incident is the son of their third brother, who is six years old, where one of them was arrested and the identity of the second brother was fully determined with a view to arresting him as well.
The arrested individual is currently undergoing judicial investigation by the national judicial police under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor, in order to determine all the circumstances and details surrounding the commission of these criminal acts, in addition to establishing the date and all participants involved in full.
