A video showed a group of minors living in a state of homelessness as they subjected someone to assault while carrying sharp weapons, some of which are of a large size.
The owner of the video tracked the minors who were moving between the valleys of Tangier, where they hide away from the eyes amid the danger of exposing citizens to theft and assault.
