Le porte-parole du gouvernement a \u00e9vit\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre aux questions des journalistes concernant la manifestation des habitants d’\u0410\u0439\u0442 \u0628\u0648\u0643\u0645\u0627\u0632, qui a suscit\u00e9 une large couverture m\u00e9diatique depuis le 9 juillet. <\/p>\n

Les repr\u00e9sentants des m\u00e9dias ont relay\u00e9 les principales revendications des citoyens, portant sur le sentiment de marginalisation, l’\u00e9tat des routes, les pr\u00e9occupations sanitaires et la d\u00e9faillance du r\u00e9seau de communications.<\/p>\n

Bien que le porte-parole n’ait pas abord\u00e9 explicitement les raisons de ces manifestations, le ministre a \u00e9voqu\u00e9 la question du r\u00e9seau de communications. Cela fait suite \u00e0 l’adoption par le gouvernement, le jeudi pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, d’un projet de d\u00e9cret relatif aux services postaux et de communication.<\/p>\n

Ce dernier a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que le projet vise principalement \u00e0 d\u00e9finir la composition de la commission administrative, charg\u00e9e d’approuver les cahiers des charges concernant la cr\u00e9ation ou l’exploitation des r\u00e9seaux de communication, ou encore la fourniture de services dans ce domaine.<\/p>\n

Il a \u00e9galement indiqu\u00e9 que l’Agence nationale des communications se penchera sur la question du r\u00e9seau, sans toutefois mentionner de mesures concr\u00e8tes pour rem\u00e9dier aux insuffisances signal\u00e9es.
