Maghreb of Fez won the title of the professional national championship “Inwi” in football, after defeating Olympic Dcheira with two goals to none, today Sunday, in the 30th and final round, which also resolved the struggle to avoid relegation, as Jacob Mansour Union accompanied Olympic Safi to the second division.<\/p>\n
Maghreb of Fez raised its tally to 59 points at the top of the standings after a strong battle that extended to the final round, while Olympic Dcheira remained at 30 points.<\/p>\n
On its part, Renaissance Berkane finished the season in second place with 57 points, after winning away against Hassania Agadir by three goals to one, while the Agadir team remained with 40 points in sixth place.<\/p>\n
As for Raja Casablanca, it concluded the season in third place with 56 points, after winning against Olympic Safi by two goals to none, while the Safi team remained in last place with 22 points, thus leaving the elite division.<\/p>\n
The Royal Army dropped to fourth place with 55 points, after drawing without goals against Renaissance Zemamra, in a match whose result was not enough for the military team to participate in African competitions.<\/p>\n
Maghreb of Fez\u00a0and Renaissance Berkane, those in first and second places, ensured participation in the African Champions League, while Raja Casablanca secured a spot in the African Confederation Cup.<\/p>\n
In fifth place, Wydad Casablanca finished the season with 43 points, after losing to UTA by two goals to one, a result that allowed the UTA team to raise its tally to 31 points and conclude the season in thirteenth place.<\/p>\n
With this victory, UTA will play a barrier match to maintain its place in the first division, while Olympic Dcheira, in fourteenth place, will also play a barrier match after finishing the season with 30 points.<\/p>\n
In the middle of the standings, Tangiers Union raised its tally to 39 points after winning against Meknes Club by two goals to one, while the latter finished the season with 36 points. Meanwhile, Fath Sporting’s tally remained at 37 points after their defeat against Jacob Mansour Union by one goal to none.<\/p>\n
Despite its victory over Fath Sporting, Jacob Mansour Union ended the season in fifteenth place with 30 points, accompanying Olympic Safi to the second division, while the barrier spots went to UTA and Olympic Dcheira.<\/p>\n
The Marrakech Atlas concluded the season with 36 points, and Renaissance Zemamra and Hassania Agadir both finished with 33 points each, in a season characterized by fierce competition at both the top and bottom until the final round.<\/p>\n
With these results, the curtains fell on an exciting season of the professional national championship “Inwi”, during which Fath United was crowned champion, while Olympic Safi and Jacob Mansour Union exited the elite division, and UTA and Olympic Dcheira are set to play barrier matches to maintain their places in the first division.<\/p>\n
