This was in accordance with the provisions of the constitution and the organizational law related to the council.<\/p>\n<p>This concerns Mohammed Abdennabaoui, whom the king appointed for a second term as the first president of the Court of Cassation, and in this capacity, he serves as the delegated president of the Supreme Judicial Council.
