The Ministry of Health and Social Protection announced on Tuesday, November 4, the launch of a new recruitment campaign targeting various positions within the nursing and health technician framework. This initiative particularly focuses on priority specialties based on the actual needs of health institutions and the job market.
The ministry stated that this process involves a total of 800 positions, which will be activated immediately after the completion of the processing of the waiting lists associated with ongoing competitions. This is to ensure fairness and equal opportunity among candidates.
Additionally, to adopt a participatory and transparent approach, the distribution of these positions will be determined in coordination with union bodies within the central committee responsible for appointments and transfers. This aims to effectively meet the needs of health institutions for nursing and technical competencies and to help reduce the shortfall in this vital area.
The Ministry of Health emphasized that this initiative is part of its vision to support the continuity of health services and to achieve the comprehensive reform goals for the sector, thereby improving the quality of care and making it more accessible to citizens across Morocco.
