The Moroccan government will meet next Thursday to discuss a number of draft decrees concerning the competencies and organization of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection.
On Tuesday, the government presidency announced that the council would initially review a draft law amending the existing legislation on real estate subdivisions, housing groups, and property division.
Following this, the council will consider three draft decrees. The first pertains to the competencies and organization of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection; the second addresses compensation for the tasks performed by interns from medical, pharmaceutical, and dental colleges; and the third proposes amendments to the royal decree regarding the statutory framework for interns in public health hospitals.
The source also noted that the council will conclude its work with a review of proposals for high-level appointments in accordance with Article 92 of the Constitution.
Additionally, after the council’s proceedings, the government will hold a special meeting to discuss certain legislative proposals.
