The Moroccan Capital Market Authority reported that capital subscriptions reached 83.73 billion dirhams by the end of September, up from 77.13 billion dirhams during the same period last year.
The authority’s monthly indicators for the capital market indicated that these subscriptions include tradable debt securities (50.16 billion dirhams), bond issuances (29.4 billion dirhams), and equity securities (4.17 billion dirhams).
Regarding the ongoing bond loan transactions, the total reached 37.8 billion dirhams by the end of September, reflecting an increase of 4% since the beginning of 2025 and 11% year-on-year.
In September 2025 alone, capital subscriptions amounted to approximately 6.68 billion dirhams.
