The French Development Agency (AFD) announced on Thursday, October 9, a loan of €100 million to the National Port Agency of Morocco (ANP). This funding aims to support investment projects in various port infrastructure in the Western Sahara region.
The announcement was made by the agency’s deputy director-general during the Moroccan-French economic forum, which took place in Dakhla with representatives from several leading French companies across various sectors.
The forum, held at the Dakhla Conference Palace, served as a platform to enhance economic cooperation between Rabat and Paris, focusing on investment and development opportunities in the southern regions of the Kingdom.
