Weather Forecast for Morocco
Warm weather conditions are expected to return to Morocco. The National Directorate of Meteorology forecasts that on Saturday, September 13, the overall weather will be relatively hot in the Tadla region, the Rahamana area, the southeastern regions, and the far south of the kingdom.
Minimum temperatures will range from 20 to 26 degrees Celsius in the southeastern regions, the far southern desert areas, the Souss region, and the plains west of the Atlas Mountains and in Saïss. In the Rif, the Atlas, and the eastern high plateaus, temperatures will range from 10 to 17 degrees. The remainder of the regions will experience temperatures between 17 and 20 degrees.
Regarding the hot weather, maximum temperatures will increase in the desert regions, the eastern area, the central coast, the Rif, and the Tangier region. A slight decrease or no significant change is expected in other areas.
The Mediterranean sea will be calm, while the Strait of Gibraltar will be calm to slightly rough. Conditions will be rough between Mahdia and Tarfaya and could become locally rough to very rough in the evening between Safi and Cape Ghir. Other coasts will experience slight to rough conditions.
