Amin Adli Joins Bournemouth

Bournemouth Football Club announced on Thursday the signing of Moroccan international striker Amine Adli on a five-year contract. Adli joins from Bayer Leverkusen in Germany.

In a statement, the club noted that the 25-year-old has signed a deal that extends until 2030. He was previously contracted with his German club until 2028.

Adli expressed his pride in joining Bournemouth, stating on the club’s official website: “I am very proud to play for a club like Bournemouth. I was contemplating my next move, and I felt that Bournemouth was the perfect place for me.”

He added, “The people around me give me great confidence here, and I am very impressed with the facilities. The team makes me feel loved, so I am very happy and proud to play for Bournemouth, and I hope to achieve good results.”

Media reports indicate that the transfer fee for the Moroccan winger exceeds €30 million.

Adli began his professional career with Toulouse in 2019 and then joined Bayer Leverkusen in 2021, where he made 143 appearances, scoring 23 goals and providing 25 assists. He won both the league and cup double in the 2023-2024 season under Spanish coach Xabi Alonso.

Bournemouth aims for a strong finish in the upcoming 2025-2026 season after finishing ninth in the Premier League last season with 56 points.
