New leak.. Mehdi Hijawi dictates word for word to Girando attacks targeting Yassine Mansouri and showcases weapons!!

The “Atlas Hacks” group published the fourth episode on Thursday morning, June 25, containing audio leaks and correspondence related to Mahdi Hijawi, a former employee of the external intelligence agency (General Directorate of Studies and Documentation – DGED), and TikToker Hicham Girando, who are both located in Canada.

The new recordings show Hijawi continuing to guide Girando and dictate content to him word for word, whether related to writing or filming videos, within what appears to be a systematic campaign targeting Moroccan officials, primarily Mr. Yassine Mansouri, the general director of the agency.

Targeting Close Associates of Mansouri

The fourth episode primarily focused on a person named Moulay Hassan Al-Wadghiri, who is presumed to work in the diplomatic field. According to the recordings, Hijawi accused him of causing “chaos” in cities like Bordeaux, Marrakech, and Geneva, claiming that he is currently seeking to work in Paris despite the opposition of a person referred to as “AlShami.”

Hijawi also leveled accusations against another person he described as a “friend” of Yassine Mansouri, alleging that he spent about 600,000 euros on what he called “the ma’oon” (a term Girando was asked to use to avoid revealing the source of the leak), referring to the purchase of alcohol, cheese, and honey, as stated in the recording.

Exploitation of Mansouri’s Brother’s Death

Hijawi exploited the death of Yassine Mansouri’s brother to launch a new attack, claiming to have spent 900,000 euros in Switzerland, buying luxury watches and selling them, in addition to hosting doctors in Marrakech. He emphasized the need for Girando to promote the idea that Mansouri had “reached 25 years of failure” in the external intelligence agency and other institutions.

WhatsApp Correspondence and Weapons Display

Alongside the audio recording, the group revealed WhatsApp correspondence showing an agreement between the two parties to attack the police chief of Tétouan and fabricate serious accusations against him, solely because he “managed to keep his position,” unlike Hijawi, who was dismissed quickly, according to claims presented in the leaks.

The correspondence also included a display of a range of firearms, without a clear explanation of the purpose of this within the context of the campaign.

Previous Episodes: Reveal of Ineptitude

This episode follows three previous episodes published by “Atlas Hacks,” which focused on portraying Hijawi as a person lacking any real tools for confrontation or threat, appearing unable to provide serious or documented information, which led him to rely mainly on dictation and guidance to Girando to formulate offensive content.

These leaks are part of an ongoing series published over the past weeks, sparking widespread controversy in Moroccan circles after highlighting figures who resorted to defaming, insulting, and threatening chaos after being abandoned and expelled, yet tried to portray themselves as defectors wanting to reform Morocco.
